Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem u vás externí disk DELL 2.5" HDD 2TB černý , chtěla jsem na něj přetáhnout všechny filmy a pouštět si je přes DVD přehrávač Philips. Bohužel přehrávač mi píše, že zařízení není podporováno :( Lze to vyšešit třeba nějakou instalací? Nebo budu muset disk vyměnit za jiný? Děkuji za brzkou odpověď Míša Brabcová

Bohužel pokud se v přehrávači hlási jako nepodporováno, tak jedině disk vyměnit za jiný.
