ve výčtu podporovaných operačních systémů chybí windows 10; jedná se o opomenutí, nebo kameru skutečně nelze použít pro tento systém?

Tak určitě bude kompatibilní. Já používám na Windows 10 asi 13 let starou webkameru Genius a funguje bez problému. Nainstalovala se jako univerzální webová kamera USB a skype jí detekoval jako jakési číslo TC5364534XXXRTRE4535 ale funguje :)
