Dobrý den, v popisu produktu je napsán mikrofon a USB připojení přes bluetooth adaptér. Tyto dvě věci chybí v balení. Proč nejsou součástí? Nebo jsem dostal nekompletní balení? Kvůli těmto vec m jsem produkt kupoval . Nikde jsem se nedočet na stránkách Alzy že by to nemělo bejt součástí balení... Prosím kde je chyba?

Odnímatelný mikrofon + USB dongle má pouze vyšší verze Zen Hybrid Pro Classic.
Produkt můžete vrátit v rámci 14 denní lhůty pro odstoupení od kupní smlouvy.
