Dobrý den, máme tuto tiskárnu v práci, přestala ale podávat materiál. Motor se netočí. Už jsme tenhle problém předtím měli a v reklamaci byla vyměněná základová deska. Zkoušel jsem náhradní nový motor a jen ním cukne. Chci se zeptat jestli prodáváte náhradní základní desku, nebo je lepší Vám tiskárnu dodat na opravu? Děkuji

k tomuto produktu nepredávame samostatne základnú dosku, čiže by bolo potrebné ho reklamovať.
