Dobrý den, chci se zeptat jak se řeší reklamace v případě, že nevydrží šrouby a prasknou. Jde mi o to, že křeslo je na 150Kg, chci ho pořídit otci který má 130kg, ale u produktu Cougar Ranger S je recenze, že šrouby praskly u člověka se 100kg, a reklamace nebyla uznána, že se jedná o mechanické poškození.

Dobrý den,
poškození které popisujete, se vždy posuzuje individuálně. Obecně platí, mechanická poškození, kdy nejde o výrobní vadu výrobku/části produktu, nejsou nárokovatelná v rámci standardních záručních podmínek.
