prosím, co dělat, pokud tlačítko na změnu barvy osvětlení či vypnutí osvětlení, které je nahoře na skříni, nefunguje a skřín svítí stále pouze oranžově?

Dobrý den,
ujistěte se, že je LED osvětlení správně zapojené. Pro změnu barvy je potřeba tlačítko na vrchní straně skříně podržet 3 vteřiny.
Pokud i tak nelze LED podsvícení větráčků změnit, řešte váš případ přes reklamační proces Alzy.
