Područky u herní židle Corsair TC500 LUXE Shadow nelze zcela demontovat, protože jsou pevnou součástí konstrukce židle. Podle dostupných informací je možné pouze nastavit jejich šířku a výšku (tzv. 4D područky), ale jejich úplné odstranění není výrobcem podporováno ani zmíněno v montážním návodu.
