Dobrý den,
zakoupila jsem synovi herní sluchátka Corsair HS35, kde uvádíte, že kvalitní zvuk potvrzuje certifikace Discord. Domnívala jsem se tedy, že v této aplikaci budou bez problému fungovat. Nicméně když mluví do mikrofonu, kamarádi ho neslyší, jen na obrazovce vidí, že mluví.
Poradíte mi, jak vyřešit tento problém. Děkuji

V nastavení Discordu zvolit nastavení mikrofonu, popřípadě proveďte nastavení ve Windows. Respektive bude potřeba nastavit citlivost mikrofonu. V případě že mikrofon stále nebude funkční, doporučím jej reklamovat.
