Chtěl jsem si zakoupit kryty na kola auta - objednávka mi neumožnila zakoupit 4 ks. U objednávky je napsáno, že je dostupných 21 ks, ale vedle číslice 1 ks se objevil údaj REZERVOVÁNO a neumožní mi to změnit rezervaci na 4 ks. Jeden kryt je mi k ničemu. Navíc není snadné (mě se to tedy nepodařilo) najít číslo call centra, kde bych se mohl zeptat. Nechci si rezervovat 4x jednu poklici Compass Kryt kola 15" CC24 (ks) ... Prosím o radu

Jsou to fakt blbosti! Ptal jsem se jen, proč nemohu zakoupit 4 ks, na což jsem odpověď nedostal. Už to ale není třeba řešit - vypátral jsem (byť to bylo složitější) číslo na callcentrum a ochotná paní mi vše zařídila během 2 minut. Poklice už mám zakoupené! I tak díky! Na můj blbý dotaz jsem dostal stejnou odpověď, ale hlavně, že je vše OK!
