ne, takto zapojený Vám nebude fungovat, pro připojení s Meta Quest 3 potřebujete kabel USB-C na USB-C a tak též notebook s podporou tohoto standardu.

Funguje tento kabel také bez podpory DP Alt Mode nebo Thunderbolt?
PS: DP Alt Mode je primárně využíván pro video přenosy z usb-c na usb-c port. Byl později nahrazen Thunderboltem. Klasické kabely z USB-C na HDMI by to neměly vyžadovat.
