Dobry den, v prosinci 2022 jsme koupili tento fotak. Nestihli jsme spotrebovat ani pasky, ktere byli k fotaku a fotak uz netiskne (vyjde jenom bily papir). Da se prosim dokoupit barva, nebo je to na reklamaci? Dekuji

Dobrý den, tisk fotek není funkční. Nic se nevytiskne a pokud ano, tak pár šedých fleků. Můžete mi poradit. Děkuji.
