Hlavní rozdíl mezi Braun Series 9 PRO+ a běžnou verzí Braun Series 9 je v tom, že verze PRO+ obsahuje nový Precision ProTrimmer, který je vyroben z chirurgické oceli. Tento nový trimmer je navržen tak, aby byl přesnější a účinnější při holení dlouhých a hustých vousů.
Další rozdíl mezi těmito dvěma verzemi je v tom, že verze PRO+ obsahuje přenosné nabíjecí pouzdro PowerCase. Toto pouzdro zvyšuje dobu provozu baterie holicího strojku z 50 minut na 90 minut.
