LED pásek lze upravit na kratší délky, ale je důležité vědět, že rozdělení pásku na dvě části (2x 2,5 m) může vyžadovat dodatečné příslušenství, jako jsou konektory a napájecí adaptéry. Při dělení pásku je třeba dbát na správné zapojení, aby nedošlo k poškození LED diod nebo ztrátě funkčnosti.
