Dobrý den, na sluchátkách mi prestalo fungovat tlacidlo pro prepínaní Aware Mode, čiže pro vypnutí potlačení šumu a zapnutých sluchátkách. Sluchátka po zapnutí fungují, mikrofon taky, play/pause taky a zvyšovaní znížovani zvuku taky. Jak je možný tento problém vyřešit ? Z autoriz. servisu Elvia mi řekli, že nemají dostupní náhradní díly. Takže mám zatím jediný problém a to je, že jsou nepoužitelný s tím, že nemůžu přepínat potlačení šumu, jinak v pořádku.
