Dobrý den, dnes jsem si objednala tuto žehličku , zarazilo me že zaruka je zpoplatněna, pokud vím tak za záruku se neplati.

Standartní záruka 2 roky je ke každému zboží a je zdarma. Alza ale nabízí ke standartní záruce rozšířenou o další dva roky (dohromady 4). Dále nabízí záruku okamžitého výměny za nový kus, pokud svou reklamaci řešíte přes internet. Poté jen dojdete na pobočku a vyměníte starý kus za poškozený. Tyto služby si ale musíte doplatit. Pokud jste platila za záruku zboží, pravděpodobně jste omylem zaškrtla rozšíření záruky o další dva roky.
