Na zkoušku jsem si koupil 1 měsíc a v mých licencích jsem pak zjistil, že už tam mám neaktivovanou roční licenci, kterou jsem asi k něčemu dostal. Jak si ji mám ale aktivovat, když můj účet u Bitdefenderu spravuje ALZA ?? Díky za info.
1. v návodu není nic o Bitdefenderu
2. účet u Bitdefenderu mi založila Alza na měsíční předplatné a na takovém účtu zákazník nemůže spravovat předplatné
No a opakuji, že mám nevyužité licenční číslo na roční předplatné a nemám možnost, jak ho na účet u Bitdefenderu vložit.
Radši si v pracovní den zavolám na technickou pomoc..
