Součástí balení jsou 3 kartáče na odolné skvrny a zároveň by měla být v balení i jedna láhev čistícího prostředku Bissel.

Dle manualu jen jeden kartac a tri lahve. V baleni byl jeden kartac, a dve lahve saponatu. Mimo jine bylo i pro tyto nesrovnalosti zbozi vraceno ve 14 denni lhute.
