Dobrý deň, minul týždeň som objednal detskú česaciu hlavu Perfect č.obj. 194280695 .Keďže som nedostal potvrdenie mojej objednávky cez mail ,považoval som nákup za neplatný.Objednal som inú hlavu "Staršiu sestru" č.obj. 194681743 .Objednávka mi bola potvrdená cez môj mail. Dnes mi však zrazu prišla tá prvá "hlava" a na to mi došla SMS ,že druhá objednávka bude doručená zajtra. Chcel by som ,ak to bude možné zrušiť túto objednávku nakoľko nepotrebujem dve hlavy ...Vopred ďakujem za ústretovosť a čakám na odpoveď. R. Hamza
