pokud máte na mysli konstrukci nože "full tang" což jsou nože ukované z jednoho kusu oceli, což u většiny kuchyňských nožů v této cenové hladině bohužel není ani u jednoho.
HRC - je měření tvrdosti podle Rockwella - u tohoto typu kuchyňských nožů z nerezové oceli se pohybuje hodnota v rozmezí cca. 52 - 55 HRC, tvrdší ocel se v tomto případě moc nepoužívá, protože nože potom ztrácí "houževnatost" (pružnost) a nože jsou pak náchylné k praskání.
