Dobrý den, osvědčení pokud vím u přístroje žádné nebylo. Vzhledem k ceně půjde vždy spíše o orientační hodnoty, tedy - ano, mohu za volant / n,e nemohu za volant. Přesné hodnoty si troufám říct nikdy nemá šanci zobrazit.
