Dobrý den máme tento projektor, však při projekci má efekt ¨hvězdného nebe¨. Je v pozáruční době. Jak máme problém řešit: nová čočka nebo čím to může být?

Bohužel mám taky tenhle projektor a stejná závada. Projektor jsem moc nepoužíval ( lampa ukazuje 240h ) a odešel čip. Cena opravy po tom co jsem volal do společnosti BENQ je 8200 Kč. Tohle byla nejhorší koupě. Od společnosti BENQ už nic nekoupím
