Dobrý den, v rámci dárkového koše bych měla dostat tuto e-knihu zdarma ("kupon" mám aktivovaný), ale knihu ve své aplikaci alza media nemám. Můžete mi prosím poradit, co s tím? Tento "kupon" nemá žádný kód, který by šel uplatnit u nákupu. Když na něj kliknu, otevře se mi v aplikaci mé zakoupené knihy, ale tato kniha tam není...

Podle mých dosavadních zkušeností by se po kliknutí a jakoby "nákupu" za 0,-- Kč měla e-kniha objevit v knihovně. Pokud by to tak nefungovalo, napsal bych email, myslím ale, že by to takto proběhnout mělo (tj. kliknutí, nákup apod.). Mějte se moc hezky, držím palce!!!!-:))))
