V popise produktu mate uvedene "Spoľahlivé a odolné vyhotovenie". Moj pes (10kg) hracku rozkusal za necelu pol hodinu. Predpokladam, ze tym ze je tovar poskodeny, nebude mozne ho reklamovat, aj ked nesplnil svoju zakladnu vlastnost. Alebo sa mylim?

mrzí mě vzniklé komplikace. Zboží mechanicky poškozené bohužel klasicky reklamovat nelze, je možné zboží poslat do servisu na posouzení.
