Dobrý den, mám tyto sluchátka od vánoc (zakoupeno na Alze) a nepřišel jsem na to, jak odstranit šum při volání. Používám je s Iphone 6s, při hudbě není problém, ale při volání šumí jako pr.... a na druhé straně mě není slyšet, už se s tím někdo setkal? Díky za radu.
