Dobrý den, chtěl bych se zeptat, sluchátka jsem zakoupil ale nedají se nabít (pouzdro svítí plně 4 čárky ale sluchátka se nenabijí(a nejdou ani připojit, jelikož jsou vybité). Tak nevím zda tam jsou na dně pouzdra nějaké nálepky které se musí odstranit a nebo zda je kus vadný. Děkuji za odpověd.
