Dnes mi přišel tento kočárek, bohužel k němu chybí rukojeť. Jak mám postupovat při vrácení, reklamaci??? Dá se zboží vyměnit nebo znovu objednat?!? Děkuji

Dnes mi prišiel tento kočík ale bábika v ňom nebola. Zaujíma ma či bábika je súčasťou balenia. Ostala som sklamaná lebo vo fotografiách to vizeralo že tam bude !
