Pokud není čtečka zobrazena ve správci zařízení, je možné, že došlo k poškozeí. Pro jistotu bych zkusil čtečku připojit k jinému PC.

Každá čipová karta musí mít vlastní program pro konkrétní použití, takže by jste potřeboval program od Komerční banky. Čtečka pouze umožňuje přístup k údajům čipové karty, zpracování již ale musí udělat příslušný software.
