je doporučené vždy stáhnout ovladače k novým HW, avšak s největší pravděpodobností s jedná o závadu produktu, ergo bych doporučil donést produkt na neblížší pobočku a tam produkt reklamovat abychom zjistili, kde jest chyba a napravit ji.
