Po zaplatení mi prišiel e-mail s informáciou, že si licenčný kľúč (+link na softvér) môžem stiahnuť po prihlásení na ALZA v sekcii moje licencie. Po kliknutí na položku je však táto oblasť prázdna. (ubehli už 4 dni a stále nič)

Dobrý den,
ak ste postupovali podla postupu uvedenom v maile: "Pre Adobe a Corel licenčné číslo a odkaz na prevzatie je generovaný priamo od výrobcu a je nutné o ňu požiadať v sekcii Moje licencie."m tak by Vam mal prist licencny kluc do emailu, ktory ste zadali.
Ak ale nemate v sekcii Moje licencie ziadny odkaz, tak Vas poprosim o fotku/screen tejto obrazovky, aby som mohol problem preposlat na nase IT oddelenie.
