Dobrý den, připojila jsem pouze monitor.. Ostatní nepotřebuji ale nefunguje mi to. Musí být pustene oba počítače? Nebo musí být zapojené i myš a klávesnice do rozbočovače? Chtěla jsem pouze na monitor a vůbec netuším, proč se zařízení nerozbehlo. Monitor zůstával černý. Děkuji za odpověď

Dobrý den,
u produktu není zapotřebí aby byly připojeny periferie od PC, zařízení umí pracovat i s jedním pc aby při restartu či vypnutí jednoho z počítačů bylo možné pracovat na druhém.
V tomto případě bych Vám spíše doporučil produkt reklamovat jestli nedošlo k výrobní vadě.
