Dobrý den,
dne 5.3.2015 jsme koupili telefon (daňový doklad 2150627383), pojistili jsme ho na nahodilé poškození.
Bohužel mi telefon vypadl z kapsy cca z 0,5 metru, když si dřepla. Telefon má vodorovně prasklý displej. Chtěla bych se zeptat jaká je šance pro využití pojistné smlouvy v tomto případě a jak postupovat při řešení pojistné události.
