Vypršela mi záruka a hned se mi rozbilo USB SS port. Systém Windows píše "Zařízení připojené do USB systém Windows nerozpoznal". Zkoušel jsem všechny různé řešení, ale ani jedno nefungovalo. Když mám u sebe počítač již skoro 2 měsíce, mohu ho ještě vrátit?

V přiloženém videu ukazujete modrý notebook, který je podobný tomuto. Ovšem nenalezl jsem ho na Alza.cz a tento je stříbrný. Kde bych mohl hledat na Alze variantu modrou s screenpadem?
