Dobrý den,nedávno jsem u vás zakoupil notebook Asus X552MJ-SX053T (objednávka 156326569) s nainstalovaným windows10 a nejsem s nimi spokojený.Slabý výkon notebooku,pomalu načítá internet,pomalu pracují programy,pomalu se načítá systém a hlavně systém nechce spolupracovat se spolu zakoupenou myší CONNECT IT Biohazard Mouse (myš se seká nebo později nereaguje vůbec na pohyb a tlačítka). Chci se zeptat,pokud bych se rozhodl systém přeinstalovat na windows7 ,mělo by to nějaký vliv na záruku (24měsíců)?Děkuji za odpověď
