Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem od vás notebook ASUS X550VC-XX137H. Tento týden jsem ho obnovovala do továrního nastavení, ale po spuštění a stažení aktualizací mi hlásí zprávu, že mám aktivovat Windows a že produkt key, který mám, nefunguje. Mohu tuto chybu opravit já nebo je nutné dát notebook k reklamaci. Děkuji za odpověď
