Dobrý den chci se zeptat jestli je hlasité chlazení

co vím od lidí co jej mají, tak je dost hlučný a navíc po čase začíná omezovat výkon - throtluje, to chlazení to prostě nestíhá. Nemluvě o mechanice celého chlazení, do pár let je po tom.
