Stejný problém. Zakoupil jsem klávesnici a fungovala pouze přes USB. Takže reklamace, vrácené peníze a nyní jsem si objednal další kus. Tak budu doufat, že bude v pohodě.

pokud klávesnice nefunguje, doporučuji zkontrolovat USB přijímač, zda není poškozen.
Pokud není, je možné, že má klávesnice nějakou vadu a bude potřebovat reklamovat.
