Zakupil som nedavno tento nb no az teraz som zistil ze nb vykazuje pamat RAM 16GB a nie 32GB ako ma byt osadene..osadenie pamate som kontroloval viac krat.. ako je to mozne ?

Vyzkoušejte vypnout notebook > odklopit spodní víko > odpojit baterii > opatrně vyndat a nasadit RAM > připojit baterii a notebook zaklapnout >po odklopení spodního víka je potřeba notebook zapnout s připojeným adaptérem> pokud bude problém přetrvávat, prosím kontaktuje naše servisní středisko a notebook případně reklamuje přes ASUS RMA.
