koupil jsem u Vás Notebook ASUS EeeBook E502MA-XX0009T bílý s operačním systémem Windows 10 a mám menší problém s jeho spouštěním. Aby se spustil musím 2x zmáčknout spouštěcí tlačítko, při prvním stlačení se notebook na chvíli spustí ale následně se během chvilky vypne, až při druhém stlačení tlačítka se spustí. Je možné že za to může operační systém? jelikož můj známý má po upgradu na Windows 10 stejný problém, lze to nějak eliminovat?

Dobrý den,
bohužel s tímto jsem se ještě nesetkal. Spíše to vypadá na nějakou chybu produktu. Možná bych uvažoval o reklamaci, nebo například zkusil napsat na podporu ASUS, jestli o tom nevědí něco víc.
