Good day! If I want to install the oven in the shelf which is only open in front, what should be safe margins/distance to furniture for operation of this oven and not to damage the furniture with hot air and so on. And other question - is this oven suitable for baking? Thank you very much!

The oven is not designed to be recessed or built into a kitchen unit. It is meant to be placed on a countertop or kitchen cabinet, ensuring there is a safe space of approximately 10-15 cm around it.
And for the baking, this oven is suitable.
