Teplota a tlak vody u kavovaru nelze nastavit. Nejlepší teplotu vody (kolem 100°C/210°F pro přípravu kávy a přibližně 150°C / 300°F pro vypouštění páry) označuje svítící kontrolka teploty bojleru.
