Dobrý den, mám dotaz ohledně záruky, některé komponenty mají od výrobce delší záruku než uvádíte v sestavě, tak jestli bude možné uplatnit původní záruku na komponenty i po uplynutí záruky sestavy a zda dodáváte i původní obaly... předem díky za odpověď....

Dobrý den, záruka pod produktem je pro celý produkt, kdy stačí počítač celý předat na reklamaci a bude opraven. Po vypršení této záruky je stále možnost využít záruční dobu jednotlivých komponent, ale poté je nutné donést pouze danou komponentu. Reklamace již nepříjmou celý počítač. Původní obaly nepředáváme, pouze krabice základní desky, kde je veškeré nepoužité příslušenství ke stavbě. S pozdravem
