hci se zeptat, jestli je možno vrátit tento výrobek. Skoro se nedá přihlásit otiskem prstu. I po odebrání a znovu přidání otisku je to šílené. děkuji za odpověď.

děkuji za dotaz. Pokud bylo sklo již nalepeno, nelze jej bohužel vrátit. V případě nefunkčnosti čtečky otisků prstů po nalepení skla znovu nahrajte otisk prstu. Poté by měla být čtečka otisků prstů opět funkční.
