Mam tlaciaren HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw a po vlozeni noveho cierneho tonera mi talciaren na displeji zobrazuje chybovu hlasku "Wrong cartridge in black slot". Podla prilozeneho navodu som tlaciaren odpojil na 5 minut od elektrickej siete, no nepomohlo to. Viete mi prosim Vas poradit?
