Dobry den, prosim Vas, nakupili sme u Vas tonery Alza za HP CE410X, CE411A, CE412A, CE413A, ktore nesedia do tlaciarne HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M377DW JetIntelligence. Dali by sa tieto tonery prosim vratit? Jeden z nich je otvoreny (cierny) tri este zabalene - nedotknute, nakupene boli 28.6.2017. Potrebovali by sme ich vymenit za tonery sediace do tejto tlaciarne.
