Dobrý den,
zakoupili jsme u vás jako již po několikáté do naší tiskárny Samsung SCX-3405w alternativní toner. Vždy tisknul bez problému. Tentokrát však ho tiskárna odmítá a hlásí, jako by tam toner nebyl (červená kontrolka). Po návratu ke starému vypotřebovanému tiskne v pořádku. Kde je chyba, nechceme načínat i druhý objednaný, kdyby byla potřeba výměna za jiný. Nebo tento kus máme reklamovat? Díky za odpověď.
