Po výměně toneru tiskárna stále hlásí "Vyměňte toner". Je možné nějak tuto hlášku restartovat nebo je to na reklamaci zboží?

Měl jsem ten samý problém, nakonec mi přestala tiskárna úplně fungovat, musel jsem toneru vytáhnout a všelijak s tím zahýbat, evidentně ten mechanismus není úplně vhodný. Originál je prostě originál. Ale od té doby to funguje.

Bouhžel nejde,u uplně nového zkušennost nemam, u starsiho někdy pomuže protřepat toner, nebo protahnout tím jezdcem u toneru. nepomuže to ale na dlouho :-(
