Dobrý den,
dle mého uvážení by tiskárna měla indikovat stav inkoustu.
V případě jakýchkoliv dalších přání či dotazů nás neváhejte kontaktovat.

Po nainstalování barvy do tiskárny nejde spustit tisk. Hlásí, že nebyla rozpoznána inkoustová kazeta, možnosti pokračování pouze zrušit tisk a zobrazit tiskovou frontu. Druhé hlášení "nelze rozpoznat následující kazetu...." možnosti pokračování pouze zrušit tisk a zobrazit etiketu. Postupovala jsem podle instrukcí přiložených k inkoustové kazetě, ale nic nefunguje. Poradíte?

Dobrý den, určitě ano, ale potřebujeme znát přesný model tiskárny - vyřeší se to aktualizací firmware, či stisknutím konkrétních tlačítek na Vaší tiskárně - pro každou tiskárnu je však postup maličko jiný, potřebujeme napřed přesný model tiskárny.
