Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme tento alternativní toner. Většinou nám vydrží půl roku až rok. Teď už po 2 měsících hlásí tiskárna, že je potřeba jej vyměnit a že je prázdný. Když však otevřu aplikaci tiskárny, podle ní je v toneru ještě polovina náplně. Je možné, že nějak nedoteče do tiskárny? Co navrhujete? Děkuji.
