Pokud máte ještě původní prázdnou originální cartridge od HP, tak zkuste vyndat čip a dát ho na tu novou alternativní, pokud jí tiskárna odmítá.... Takto se mi povedlo zbastlit a zprovoznit alternativní cartridge po aktualizaci tiskárny. Jasně, neelegantní krkolomné řešení, ale co už, když downgrade firmwaru nelze, alespoň, co jsem dohledával - u mne Officejet pro 8023

Souhlas, doporučuji nevyhazovat původní cartridge - resp. čipy, většina alternativních náplní od různých výrobců mi u HP office jet pro 8023 mi nefungovala a jak píše kolega výše - bylo potřeba "přendat čip".... u nových HP tiskáren doporučuji co nejdříve zakázat automatickou aktualizaci firmwaru.
