DObrý den, zakoupil jsem u vás tyto inkousty (black, cyan, magenta a yellow) pro tiskárnu Epson WF-7710. Po instalaci inkoustů jsem vytiskl několik testovacích stránek, protože jsem potřeboval vyčistit tiskovou hlavu. Kromě černé byl tisk všech barev v pořádku. Objednal jsem si tedy rozotk na čištění tiskové hlavy. Po dvou měsících, co byli kartrige už v tiskárně bez používání, jsem zapnul tiskárnu a na displayi se objevila informace, že jsou všechny téměř prázdné, přitom inkoust v nich je, tisknuto z nich bylo minimálně, pouze pár testovacích stránek. Tiskárna netiskne vůbec ani jednu barvu ani po vyčištění tisokové hlavy.
